Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same conditions that you received it, unwrapped and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase.

To start a return, simple contact us at SunnyLamaCreations@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll proceed with providing you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/refund will not be accepted.
